- All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Timeline

- Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
- Metro cities may receive faster delivery.

- COD (Cash on Delivery) include an additional charge of ₹100
4. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier services such as DTDC, Shiprocket, Delhivery and Bluedart, to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and link.
- You can track your order status anytime using the tracking link provided.
- If the package is marked as "delivered" but not received, customers must raise a complaint at jewelmirabygunjan@gmail.com within 24 hours for us to initiate the inspection immediately.
6. Delays and Exceptions
- While we make every effort to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Jewelmira is not liable for delays caused by courier agencies, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

- The address and contact number provided are accurate and complete.
- Delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes or restricted areas.
