Returns, Exchange and Cancellation

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted only if requested within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@jewelmira.com or WhatsApp us at +917678587209 with:
    • Your Order ID
    • A clear unboxing video (mandatory for return approval)
    • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Returns will not be accepted if:
    • The item shows signs of use
    • It is a customized product
    • The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery

Refund:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you may choose either of the following refund modes, please note that a reverse shipping cost of Rs. 200 + 5% payment gateway fee will be deducted (this fee is charged by the gateway and is non-refundable to us) :

Eg: If your order value is Rs. 2000, PG charges = 5%*2000 = Rs.100 & reverse               shipping cost = Rs.200, hence amount refunded to you will be 1500-300 = Rs.1200 

    • Option 1: Refund to Original Payment Method:
      •  The amount will be refunded to your original payment source within 7–10 business days.

    

    •  Option 2: Credit Note / Gift Card (Applicable only for single time use):
      • Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
      • Can be used on any future order on www.jewelmira.com.

📌 Refunds will not be processed if the product fails the quality check or is received in a damaged or used condition.

Exchange:

  • We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
    • Wrong size/variant sent
    • Product defect or damage
  • Exchanges are accepted only if requested within 24 hours of receiving the product.

    • Your Order ID
    • A clear unboxing video (mandatory for approval)
    • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Cancellation:

  • Prepaid Orders: Can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • COD Orders: Can be cancelled until the item is shipped.

To cancel, email us at contact@jewelmira.com or DM us on Instagram at @jewelmirabygunjan with your order ID.

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

 

Important Note:

  • Any request for exchange or return should be made within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  • All items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear or tampering.
  • A video of opening the parcel is mandatory in case of availing exchange or returns.
