Returns, Exchange and Cancellation
Returns:
- Returns are accepted only if requested within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at jewelmirabygunjan@gmail.com/contact@jewelmira.com or WhatsApp us at +917678587209 with:
- Your Order ID
- A clear unboxing video (mandatory for return approval)
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 24 hours from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. We will not be able to process the refund if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products are shipped.

- The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery
Refund:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, you may choose either of the following refund modes, please note that a 5% payment gateway (PG fee charged by the gateway is non-refundable to us) + applicable forward shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount :

- Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Can be used on any future order on www.jewelmira.com.

📌 Refunds will not be processed if the product fails the quality check or is received in a damaged or used condition.
Exchange:
- We follow the same mentioned return process for an exchange.
- We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- Wrong size/variant sent
- Product defect or damage
- Exchanges are accepted only if requested within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Cancellation:
- Prepaid Orders: Can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode. (5% deduction as PG charges)
- COD Orders: Can be cancelled until the item is shipped. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping.

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
Return to Origin (RTO) Policy:
At Jewelmira, we do our best to ensure your order reaches you smoothly and on time. However, if a package is returned to us (Return to Origin) due to:
- The recipient being unavailable during delivery attempts,
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or
- Refusal to accept the parcel,
the following will apply:
- Prepaid Orders

- If the parcel is successfully returned to us, a refund will be issued after deducting the applicable shipping charges for both forward and return transit. The balance amount will be shared in the form of a refund coupon code via email.
- No bank transfer/credit to source will be provided for packages undelivered & returned.
- If the courier is unable to return the parcel due to any reason, no refund will be processed.
- Any refund coupon code of the previous order, if applied to a new order which is not accepted by you, will lead to expiry of the coupon code and cannot be used again. Please ensure COD / prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you.
- Reshipping Option

- Customers may choose to have their parcel reshipped instead of refunded, by paying the applicable re-shipping charges in advance.
- Customer Responsibility

- Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package at the provided address during delivery hours.
- Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts and may also contact you by phone before marking the order as undeliverable.
Important Note:
- Any request for exchange or return should be made within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- All items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear or tampering.
- A video of opening the parcel is mandatory in case of availing exchange or returns.
- For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.
- For orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer applicable forward shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount.
